Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom has two time slots ( DIY ) Venue comes with tables and mahogany chiavari chairs only for up to 100pp if you need more space simply add on the top floor to your rental at an extra cost. ( Security Officers are required at an extra cost and Licensed Bartenders if liquor is on site and all liquor is required to go to the bar area for bartenders to serve at an extra cost ) ( For Holiday weekends please call 832-496-3661 for more information )
You will have access to the venue for the entire time block. This includes time for setup/teardown/cleanup of your event. If you need additional time beforehand you can add hourly (weekdays) or add the daytime slot (on weekends). Also we do provide decorating packages that may fit your needs at an extra cost.

> A Down payment is required if you wish for us to reserve a date for your event with 150pp max if you are renting out the bottom and top floor for your event. All customers must bring your own food/Decorations to the venue or you may use our preferred caterer. The venue has a kitchen with complimentary use of a food warmer, Refrigerator and ice machine at no extra cost and cleaning of the kitchen and venue is required by the outside vendor or customer. There is NO basic cleaning fee. You are responsible for fully cleaning and returning the venue to its original condition. Failure to return the venue to its original condition will result in partial or full loss of your Security Deposit.
