What is the Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom Occupancy Capacity and is Security provided?

 Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom will accommodate 296 people  with a dance floor and yes at all times City of Arcola Police Officers or Fort Bend Sheriffs are located on site from the start of the event to the end of the event.

Are we allowed to bring in our own caterer, food or alcohol?

Yes, you can rent the facility and arrange for your food services from an outside source and you would have to bring your own alcohol and a licensed bartender has to serve from the bar.

What does it cost to have a wedding or special occasion at Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom?

Every Special Event is unique and deserves our attention to detail. Our rates will vary depending on the day of the event, the type of event and whether we will supply the Catering and/or Event Planning.

Do you offer special package pricing which includes the venue, food & beverage?

Yes, we do. We have a team of vendors that work together to bring you the best quality at the best price. We offer Decorations, Photo Booth, Margarita Machine Rental ( Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom does not provide liquor ) Champagne Fountains, Chocolate Fountains etc... to fit your budget. The packages are designed to provide our clients with stress free planning before, during and after your special event. Our pricing is clear and easy to understand. We do not have hidden fees or surprise additions to your bill. We recommend arranging an appointment  for a review of our building plans and décor.

If we rent the event facility and utilize our own caterer and event planner, what is included with the event facility?

The Main Ballroom

5 Hour use of the facility, 60 Inch Round Tables, Banquet Chairs.

Depending on the day of the week and the time of the year, prices range per event.

What is required to reserve Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom?

50% Non-Refundable Retainer Fee at time of booking to save the date with balance due 30 days prior to your event.

Does Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom have any preferred caterers?

Yes Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom has two great preferred caterers  Lydia Harris owner of Lydia's catering service and Chef Ron Coleman.

 

CANCELLATIONS

At the election of Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom Cancellations are Non-Refundable.

 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING PAST DUE ACCOUNTS?
Accounts past due will be placed on HOLD. Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom is not required to send payment reminders. A $15 per day late fee, for each working day, is strictly enforced and automatically accrues to the master account for late progress payments and unpaid consumption charges. For accounts on HOLD, no event rentals, staff, or supplies will be procured until the account is made current. Additionally, the client, guest, and any associated vendors will not be allowed to schedule or attend bridal portraits, food tastings, rehearsals, or event load-in on the premises.
