Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom is willing and able to deliver all events as long as the event guest count is within the limitations of Governor Abbott’s Executive Order.

We have been and will continue to monitor the minimum standards closely and update our Venue Protocols and communicate according to the Governor’s Executive Order as follows:
Guest will have their temperatures screened for a fever before entering Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom
Recommend mask to be worn before entering Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom
All groups arriving together please remain at least 6 feet apart from other groups.
No tables of more than 6 people.
*In order to help prevent the spread of airborne illnesses, please adopt these additional common sense practices.
If you are sick, please do not attend an event.
Practice social distancing, stay at home if you can
Maintain at least 6 feet from other individuals not within the same household
Wear a mask
Wash hands often for 20 seconds, or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol upon entering a business and after any interaction with employees ,other customers, or items in the business
Practice cough and sneeze etiquette (Cover mouth/nose when coughing/sneezing. Ideally use a tissue and throw it away. If a tissue is not available, use the elbow of a sleeve).
Avoid Touching your face with unwashed hands
Disinfect frequently touched objects
Do not share food, drinks or eating utensils with others
Stay away from people who are sick.
Know the signs and symptoms of respiratory viruses.
Contact your healthcare provider within 48 hours if illness develops.

We have implemented / fortified the following specific precautions: Increased sanitation frequency of contact surfaces using products such as Lysol and bleach-based cleaners, which has been found to be effective against viruses such as COVID-19 . Hand sanitizer throughout the Venue available. Additional education and posting of notices about proper hand washing, cleaning of equipment and contact surfaces for all venue staff.
ALL EMPLOYEES TRAINED ON APPROPRIATE CLEANING AND DISINFECTION, HAND HYGIENE, AND RESPIRATORY ETIQUETTE
Complimentary sanitation stations at all entrances.
Employees are screened upon arrival at work.
We require any employee that feels sick to stay at home.
Frequent Lysol disinfectant at all desk and office areas.
Clorox wipes used on door handles and courtesy telephones.
Disinfectant hand soap in all restrooms.
Sanitation of all restroom areas after every event.
Overnight cleaning of all event spaces each night after an event.
All floors cleaned nightly after events and deep cleaned weekly.
Abrilliant Affairs Ballroom uses a water purification system and filter to remove unwanted minerals and contaminants, serviced monthly.
Quarterly air filter replacement and air coil cleansing.
All trash cans are sanitized and disinfected weekly.
