>  A Down payment is required if you wish for us to reserve a date for your event.  All customers must utilize your own caterer or use one of Abrilliant Affairrs Ballroom preferred caterers from below, or you may still feel free to use our kitchen which has a food warmer, Refrigerator and a complimentary ice machine at no extra cost and cleaning of the kitchen and tables is required by the outside vendor.
